Preserved Moss Walls are always a delight – visually and as an design feature in any project. It isn’t necessary to cover large sections of walls with green preserved moss to enjoy the effect of such a green wall. Including the preserved moss in the structural design concept as beams is a clever and delightful way to achieve the same effect. As a green product, the preserved moss is versatile enough to be incorporated into the layout and become part of the structure itself. Once again we were inspired and challenged to work with our clients on their visions for this project.

Preserved Moss Walls are the most beautiful way nowadays to bring greenery to a living and working space. And it is always exciting for us when our valued clients pick up on ideas of the different ways that can be used.

In the case of the staff pantry, the preserved moss wall was not only used to stylishly decorate the wall in combination with special fit-out design wall sections.

The moss was used in this wonderful project as framed pictures on the wall. As beautiful artistic pictures and posters can be, enhancing a wall space with natural greenery gives another very different and special vibe to a workplace. The color and the natural smell of moss relax and has a calming effect. Something a picture could not provide.

Being innovative, and being a good employer means taking care of your staff. One way to do that is by creating an attractive environment that allows them to rest and settle down for a while. And as much as the ‘health and wealth’ of each staff member should be the main intent of a modern company set-up, there are many benefits for the company itself. Nowadays there a multiple tests showing the difference in effectiveness between an individual working in a modern space and the same individual working in a traditional company environment.

In the case of DGW, we were so pleased that we were approached to assist them in enhancing this space which is within a garage itself. The ‘café’ was designed by DGW themselves using car parts and other mechanical parts used on a daily base by the staff. It was simply amazing. And their intent to not only add a fresh green-colored moss wall to the area but to enrich it with a lively motto to motivate their staff, was such a great idea. The lighted-up logo makes such a difference to the space and the moss wall as well. The lighted-up logo makes the lively moss wall unique. Who would not want to spend time at that table?

Biophilic designs of office spaces that integrate natural Exclusive Plant Pots have numerous positive effects.
